Vitalant North team has recently begun having Dan Prado conduct leadership “talks” with our Donor Recruitment team. The team has been very receptive to Dan’s engaging and informative speeches. I am beginning to see changes in the team and hear language and philosophies being trained in Dan’s speeches. Following the talks, we gather as a management team to review highlights and key areas we will be reinforcing in one on one coaching and team huddles.

Hard Case Performance

In March 2019 we had a team building talk with Mr. Dan Prado at our manufacturing facility in Modesto, California. At HCP we are all deeply immersed in the motorcycling world and as you might guess we have some big hearted folks with very tough shells. When I was telling the crew about our upcoming session with Mr. Prado I did sense a vibe of skepticism. When the day came and Dan hit the floor swinging it was an amazing reaction from my guys! For an hour and fifteen minutes I witnessed a serious level of engagement. Dan’s intensity, passion, and knowledge captured the undivided attention of everyone including myself. Everyone came away from the talk with something different that resonated with them and the true gift was the energy that has remained around the entire company.
I am definitely having Mr. Prado back again for another power talk! It was an honor to have this type of inspiration I am grateful to have been able to share this with my TEAM.

Danny came to our family owned machine shop about 2 months ago. Our employees were VERY resigned and had little to no “team work” ability on the floor. Danny’s energy and ability to stay focused, and present his information to the employees was impressive! I personally did not think the employees were listening, AND in fact most of them were listening. Since Danny’s visit some of the employees have referenced what they have learned from him, and put into practice a few of the tools Danny provided.
